There are many ways to be a good manager or a leader. A good manager is a bless to a company. And there are good and bad managers in companies. Which of these two you would like to be? Of course, you really want to be good manager. Yes, definitely you can be a good manager. For that you should have some good qualities and characteristics. Not only that, as a good manager first of all you should have a good heart actually. Try to be in the position that he is a good manager.”.

To be a good manager or a leader it is very important to be a positive thinker. You should understand the power of positive psychology. look at every situation as learning opportunity and let it to your team members also. As a manager if you can face anything without fear, your team members will also get used to it.

So many problems in an organization are the result of lack of communication. Clear and effective communication between managers and employees is key to a company’s success. If employees believe their manager value their ideas, they are very happy and motivated and productive at work.as a good manager you should know and learn how to communicate with your team member and it will affect both your and employee’s performance. The important thing is you have to choose the correct communication method deliver your massage very clearly and effective way. There are various ways to communicate with the employees. You can send email; you can have a presentation. Or some people can understand information more clearly when you talk with them.no matter what method you use the important thing is be pleasant and be friendly with them.

                                                                                                   

 

How to give proper credit to your Employees.?                                                            

As a manager or leader , you need to make sure you are crediting the right  employee for their hard work.it is very important as a manager to give credit all the people who is working hard without any favaration.if they feel that they don’t get enough appreciation from the manager, soon your hard workers will not work as hard.

 

 Empathy understand the needs and the wants of your employee is crucial.

A good manager or a leader is a empathic and showing compassion when they needed. This involve listening actively, understanding perspectives,and offering support when the need.


 

 Adaptability – adopt ability is crucial for success. Adoptive boss can lead the team through uncertainty and pivot when necessary and lead their team through change and uncertainty.

 

 

Distribute the workload fairly

Managing a company effectively, as a manager you should know how to distribute the workload fairly,by understanding each team members skills and strengths well.consider matching the duties with right employee who can do the task well.further you have to encourage and support them to the work.when they get right job to do they have full confident to their work and they willing to learn and do a new job task.if you give all the work to one person you never get your positive output from them.

 

                           


                                                                          

Problem solving – 

the boss should a good problem solver. He/she keeping challenges on head and involving the team to find solution by giving them guidance. Boss should not get stressed then the employees also getting bag image to their mind.always have to encourage then during any situation. And make them trust on you and the company. A boss should not let down the employee.

 

Transparency

a good boss should be honest to the employees. Whether the financial situation is good or not, you should talk to the employee about it.
