What is Human
resource?

the most important role of HR is keeping of documents, including employee records related to vacations, attendance, medical leave and other employee data. This helps ensure that employees received the correct salary and benefits. Their overtime payments based on their employment status, hours worked and pay rates.
Human resource is responsible for screening, recruiting and training people, as well as execution employee process. And also, HR departments are highly responsible for managing an entire employee function, from their first day of the position to when they begin working at the company and till the day that the employee leaving from the company.
Human resources responsibilities include, recruitment, administration training and development, compensation and benefits performed management. They also play an important role in fostering a positive working environment and facing any issues or conflicts that may arise among employees.

In addition, they ensure that the recruitment process is fair, compliment with employment lows and company policies.

it is very important to have good relationship between employer and the employee. Having effective communication is must withing them. When HR provides the benefits, facilitates and all the employees getting motivated and they are not refusing to do their job properly. Employer may trust their employees and value their input more and on the other hand employees respect and appreciate their employers more.maintaining company culture is, being equipped to identify any shortcomings or weaknesses of the organization and ability to deal with them well.

employees in the workplace both physical and emotional. Safety methods should
be introduced according to the rules and regulations. safety equipment’s should
be provided with fail and they should be proper. Not only that HR have to ensure that the employees are
protected from behaviors like harassment, discrimination, intimidation, and
exploitation.
Handle disciplinary action -
Disciplinary procedures and terminations are delicate and sometimes complicated matters. This should be a transparent disciplinary process begins with written warning. Then study the matter and it is happening as practice then can take another type of decision according to the rules and regulations of the company.

HR supports employees in identifying career paths within the

HR have given
promotions to the right employee in the right time. Based on their performance
and talent every people should get promotions. When doing so employee get
motivated and they try to work hard.
Medical problems-
If any of employee family get sick it
will affect to the employee’s mentality and work. Employee have informed to the
HR about their situation. It is not good to take un plan leave. then HR or the
manager can not help you out for any matter with you. Discuss with HR or the
manager then they can help you out and arrange necessary guidance to solve the
problem.
Offering flexible
work schedule –
arrange
a good environment and fair work schedule to every employee. All the employees
have to work with good mind and not with the stress. Supply all the facilities
and material to work.
Concern about
the salary increments-
HR should
concern about the salaries about the employees. Based on the service period and
appraisals they are getting increments. Without postponing it is HR duty to
provide salary at the right time.
